Bowden Full Home Renovation

This project consisted of a complete renovation. We started by demoing everything in the bathrooms and kitchen except for the cabinets. Taking off old wall paper and sanding down all cabinets to redirecting water lines for a stand alone tub. New countertops, under cabinet lighting, paint job, windows, tile, you name it. We did it all! We could not be more proud of the delivery and quality of the finishes. Using top quality products like Gallery Series paint for cabinets or using wedge clips on tile to have a complete flat surface, our goal is deliver quality service every single time.

Boulder Project

This project consisted of many moving parts.  Starting from plumbing all the way to installing appliances.  It was a project that require a lot of skill and patience but in the end, we finished it and it came out great!

Washington Bar Bistro

Worked closely with our client to make this bistro a reality.  Demoing the old space, framing in pony walls for the bar perimeter.  Creating a bright and welcoming space for the guests at this senior living.  Making a full tile wall, from floor to ceiling, and around the front of the bar to give it contrast.  Adding floating shelves and cabinets to match.  Using a granite countertop and small swing barn door to finish it all off.  A beautiful space that can be enjoyed for a very long time!

Executive Project

Jenkins Bathroom Remodel

We have the opportunity to work with previous clients in the past and it is always a pleasure, this time was no different.  Our client entrusted us with her master bathroom and we delivered.  The removal of the tub and scaling down the windows, gave us the opportunity to enlarge the shower and add a bench as well.  Adding some cubbies to take advantage of the empty space in the walls, made the room feel bigger, giving it more depth and dimension.  This shower is ready for a show!

Plummettaz  Dbl Bathroom Remodel

Beautiful bathroom transformation in both guest and master bathrooms.  Opening up the space as much as possible and creating a bright environment.  Both bathrooms have the same style with a white dominant color, floating vanities, LED mirrors, penny size tile and black hardware.  Only the master shower is a curb-less shower entry, making a smooth transition.

Vincenti Full Home Remodel

We had the opportunity to create a masterpiece of a kitchen! Completely removing a load baring wall and redistributing the weigh to 2 columns.  This gave us the chance to open up the kitchen to the living room and adding a massive quartz slab on the island as the center piece in the home.  We were extremely proud of this project and the way it came out.  Overall, the whole remodel was an amazing transformation but the relationship we made with our new clients is priceless!

Saint Mary's Parking Lot

Turned this home from a residential to a commercial project.  Our area of work consisted of demoing the existing driveway and turning it into a commercial parking lot.  Along side masonry facade in the front of the house, as well as framing inside the door openings to be ADA compliant and installing new 36" wide doors.

Pierron Double Shower

Demoed old and retired look with existing tub.  Client decided on this double shower for him and for her.  Giving each side its individual components.  Using custom products as the shower pan, the largest line drain we could find and double glass with no door.  This created a modern look and also avoids the door constantly swinging in and out.  Used Schluter systems including the Deco SQ trim to avoid glass brackets on the tile.  Instead the trim is inserted in with the tile, making it seem like the glass is protruding from the tile itself.

One of our first big projects and definitely a show stopper!  We could not be more happy and proud of this project.  Our purpose is to create spaces to be enjoyed by our clients and we can say we delivered with the stamped concrete, retaining wall bench and fire pit.  Our client was extremely happy and to this day, we still keep a close relationship with them!

Francois Paint & Floor

Complete home remodel consisted of demoing the floor adding LVT flooring and painting the whole house from a dark gray to a bright white.  Making the space bigger and brighter!  Very excited and happy how it turned out.  We were limited in time since the clients were moving in soon, we were pressed to finish in a timely manner but we finished in time and it came out great!

Metal Patio Roof Cover

New metal patio cover made to withstand high winds in the white rock lake area.  Made with galvanized steel posts with clear paneling on the middle of the ridge.  Bringing in parallel lines of natural light and making the cover a community area to be enjoyed by many members of the club.

Quan Outdoor Kitchen Renovation

Client called us to renovate her outdoor kitchen since previous company left it in a bad shape.  We had to move the sink forward and to the side, stabilized the grill and remove an odd wall and seat and part of the bench.  The finish out consisted on concrete forming edges, stucco walls and tile top and sides of bar and kitchen.  Now this kitchen can be enjoyed as it should!

Master Bathroom Remodel

This master bathroom came out amazing! Complete remodel, extending the shower, and adding a bench next to the window gave it that touch of warmth.  Not much artificial light is needed since nature takes care of that in a beautiful way brightening up the space.  Very proud of this master shower and the clients could not be more excited!

Ikeler Home Remodel

We had the opportunity to have a long lasting relationship with this client.  We helped her out by remodeling the complete inside of her Mom's house.  Installing cabinets, adding backsplash to ceiling height, creating a custom barn door, installing LVT flooring and much more.  In the end, the home came out beautiful.  The touch of colors contrast to that of an early era in line with what her mom envisioned.  Definitely a home of character!

Egan Exterior Home Project

1888 Victorian Home Exterior Restoration.  Started by doing demolition of old rotted beveled siding, insulation had to come out as well.  Once cleaned, we installed T-Ply Sheathing and made some openings for blown-in insulation. Added new beveled siding, fix the posts and the railings.  Prime and painted entire exterior.  Award winning project and ready for the prize!

Woodson Exterior Paint & Siding

This project consisted of getting rid of all the rotten siding and trim around the house.  We talked to the home owner to try and preserve as much as the siding as possible and just trim out the bad stuff.  This way he would save money, preserve the integrity of his home and keep trash from landfills.  

Needless to say, it came out beautiful. Complete redoing everything with Hardie Trim, priming it and using Duration by Sherwin Williams for a perfect finish.  We are very proud to have saved the our client in many ways and the end result was perfect. 

Woodson Kitchen

Michaels Walk-In Tub

Demolished old water jet tub and used existing plumbing to drain.  Only 2in drain pipe can be used.  Installed a GFCI to power the lights in the new tub.  Once framed in and hardie backed, tile was lay down with grout.  Created a bench for wine or decorations.  Came out great and drained as it should.  Client can relax and enjoy his/her walk-in tub!

Christine Home Remodel

This project was in collaboration with a home investor.  The home was in need of a complete remodel.  Everything from framing to tile was made in this home.  We  helped the investor finish out in a timely manner and  was ready to sell within a couple months.  Transformation complete, from house to home!

















Pressure Treated Deck

Pressure treated wood deck demoed and restructure foundation.  Recreated same shape size deck with premium decking boards.
